Our mission in the beginning was to fulfill the ever growing need for coffeehouse quality in the office. The enormously positive response to our early coffees inspired us to develop a more diverse offering. Our coffee is chosen based on firsthand travel to coffee growing areas in Central and South America in order to inspect the estate coffees we purchase. We want to offer the best from the growing country, assist in the development of estate coffees, continue to offer unique coffees on a limited basis, and roast them in a consistent manner to assure every roast will have an exacting result.
El Nino – Dark with spicy undertones; not the smooth aftertaste.
Viennese – Dark roasted tints with all the sweetness of a lighter roast.
World Cup Blend – Complex from start to finish. Refreshes with pleasure.
Jungle Java – Our roast master’s favorite. Spicy, dark with majestic flavors.
Italian Roast – Spicy blend with sweet fragrance dark with no bitterness.
French Roast – The darkest roast. Strong and robust.
Tigers Tale 100% Organic: Organic-blend – This organic blend excites your senses with the smell of baked pineapple and sweet teriyaki. Expanding on your tongue with flavors of honeydew and hazelnut, caramel and tobacco, these carefully selected coffees work together delectably for the same cause - your happiness.
Puddle Jumper Espresso – The rainy Northwest is a good place to find people ducking into coffee shops and out of the wet. So we crafted the Puddle Jumper to send them off with smiles on their faces, and a kick in their step. A balancing act between the subtle sweet of baker’s chocolate and the depth of a sophisticated red wine, with caramelized butter, black cherry and chocolate aromatics to warm you from the inside-out.
Mexican Altura - Mild acidity with excellent fragrance a nice mellow cup.
Guatemala Estate – Spice with cocoa undertones. Complex and well balanced.
Costa Rica SHB – Bright and snappy, tangy in nature and unique fragrance.
Colombian Supermo – Nutty overtones with a smooth finish.
Brazil Santos – Wild flavors dominate, grassy with powerful finish.
Sumatra Lintong – Full bodied and earthy in nature. An excellent cup.
Java Estate – A quality coffee, syrupy feel, full flavors.
Kenya AA – Mild acidity with excellent fragrance.
World Cup Blend – Flavor and complex. The smoothest of our decafs.
Jungle Java – Full-bodied and full flavored. An excellent all day decaf.
Colombian – Nutty and smooth. Excellent flavors and aftertaste.
Costa Rica – Just as bright and sharp as the regular version.
